How is this different from your full Custom Travel Planning Package?
Origins Express™ is a streamlined version of Origins Outline™. Think of it as plug-and-play weekend inspiration: you’ll get a light structure and flexible suggestions tailored to your preferences, without the deep research, expanded options, or back-and-forth that comes with our more hands-on, day-by-day planning in the full custom travel planning package.
Is the video call included in the price of the plan?
Yes. The $50 payment to book your call acts as a deposit toward your Origins Express™ plan. If you decide to move forward after the call, the $50 is deducted from the full price, and you’ll only pay the remaining $149, billed separately. If you choose not to continue, the $50 covers the consultation and is non-refundable.
Is the video call really required?
Yes — we include a 30-minute video planning call with every Origins Express™ plan to make sure we understand your goals and that the product is a good fit for your trip. This brief touchpoint helps us deliver more focused, flexible trips — without unnecessary back-and-forth.
What do I get with this plan?
You’ll receive a custom 2–3 day travel itinerary in PDF format, designed around your style, pace, and preferences. The PDF includes an interactive menu, clickable packing list, and navigation buttons for easy use on the go.
You’ll also receive a personalized Local Lens Map™ with up to 30 curated pins — including places to eat, explore, and unwind — tailored to your destination.
To help us get it just right, the plan includes a 30-minute video call and an Origins Intake Form™ completed before we begin.
Note: Map access is available through the day after your trip ends. CSV export available by request.
How long does it take to receive my itinerary?
You’ll get your finished plan within 3–5 business days after completing the intro call and intake form.
What if my plans change after purchase?
Because each plan is customized for your specific trip, all purchases are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your dates, we’ll do our best to adjust the plan — just reach out as soon as possible.
Do you make reservations for me?
No — we provide curated suggestions and booking links, but we don’t currently handle reservations. This keeps the service fast, flexible, and affordable.
Can I request changes after receiving the itinerary and map?
We don’t offer revisions for this product, as it’s designed to be a fast, streamlined planning service. Your itinerary is built from your preferences and the insights we gather during the video call — and we put real care into tailoring it to your style.
That said, this plan is meant to point you in the right direction — to inspire, not restrict. If something doesn’t resonate once you’re on the ground, we encourage you to explore something else. Plans are just that: plans. Life happens, and we believe some of the best travel moments come from going with the flow.
Can I use this service to plan a trip for a larger group?
Our planning services are designed for individuals, couples, and small groups—typically up to 4 people. If you’re planning for more, feel free to contact us before booking to see if it’s a good fit. We may recommend a different package or offer a custom quote depending on your needs.
