The Local Lens Map™ is a one-time digital product created specifically for your trip. Please note that it’s non-refundable. However, if you later book a Custom Travel Planning Package™ or Weekend Escape Plan™ for the same destination and travel dates, we’ll apply the full $79 toward your new service.

It’s a personalized, interactive map created specifically for your trip. Unlike generic travel apps or blogs, your custom travel map includes handpicked spots, local tips, and logistical details based on your preferences — all in one easy-to-use tool.
How do you personalize the custom travel map?
We start with a short form where you share your trip details and priorities. From there we build your custom travel map using our local knowledge and firsthand experience, adding relevant restaurants, sights, and hidden gems.
Can I use my custom travel map offline?
Currently, the map is designed for use online through your mobile browser. We optimize it for easy access while traveling, so you can navigate in real time without being glued to your phone.
How long does it take to receive my custom travel map?
We typically deliver your map within 3–5 business days after you complete the questionnaire and video call.
What if I’m visiting multiple cities or countries?
No problem! Your custom travel map can include up to 2 locations within the same trip and up to 50 pins total. If you’re planning a journey with more than 2 locations or would like additional pins, you can add them at checkout.
Will this map replace a full itinerary?
Not quite. While your custom travel map includes key places to go, eat, and explore, it doesn’t include hour-by-hour scheduling. If you want a full itinerary, we recommend purchasing one of our full trip planning services here.
Can I request changes after receiving the map?
Our Local Lens Map™ is carefully built using the trip details you share and our own travel insight. While we don’t offer revisions, we design each map to spark inspiration and fit your travel style. If a place doesn’t feel right, we encourage you to follow your instincts — sometimes the best adventures are the ones you find yourself.
