Pricing & Trip Structure

Origins Hosted™ is a premium, in-person travel experience — not a tour package. We travel with you, guide you through each day, and help you learn how to move through a new place with confidence. Rates start at $399/day, with pricing adjusted based on destination and complexity.

Minimum trip length depends on location:
Local trips (within Spain or nearby): 1 day minimum
Regional or international trips: 7–14 day minimum

A deposit is required to secure your spot. One-day/local bookings are paid in full; longer or international trips require a $500 deposit toward your total.

Other pricing considerations:
Rest days and partial hosting days may be built into longer trips for a smoother pace. These are billed at a reduced rate.
Travel days (if we’re flying in/out to meet you) may be factored in if they require significant time or logistics.

Example: A 10-day trip may include 1–2 lighter days. You’ll only be billed for the time and support you’re actually receiving.

Because this service is highly personalized and space is limited, bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

What Happens Next

2. We’ll follow up within 24–48 hours to confirm availability and provide a quote.

3. For multi-day or international trips, you’ll pay a deposit of $500 to reserve your dates. For one-day or local bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Is the strategy call required?
Yes — a 15-minute planning call is included with Origins Hosted™. It helps us align with your goals, clarify any constraints, and deliver a trip plan that fits you perfectly. It’s casual, collaborative, and often the key to making your itinerary feel truly personal.

What’s included in the daily rate?
Your daily rate includes full trip planning, private in-person hosting, flexible pacing, and real-time support throughout your journey. You’ll get daily guidance, help navigating logistics, and one-on-one insight into how to travel like a local.

What’s not included?
Accommodations, meals, transportation, and activity fees are not included — but we help you plan and book them as part of the experience. You pay providers directly, which keeps things flexible, transparent, and tailored to your budget.

Do you make reservations for me?
Not at this time. While we guide you through every step of planning and booking, the process remains in your hands — giving you full flexibility and control.

Can I book just one day?
Yes — but only if the trip is local. Single-day bookings are typically limited to clients already in Spain or nearby destinations. For regional or international travel, we require a minimum of 7–14 days, depending on logistics.

What are “rest” or “partial” days?
Longer trips may include lighter days for travel, downtime, or minimal guiding. These days are billed at a reduced rate based on the level of involvement. We’ll always be transparent about this in your quote.

Will we be spending all our time with the host? What if we want some time alone?
Not at all — you set the tone. Origins Hosted™ is designed to be flexible around your travel style and comfort level. Some travelers love having us nearby throughout the day, while others prefer more space. Whether you want a full day of guided experiences or just occasional support, it’s entirely up to you. You’re always free to enjoy a meal, activity, or quiet evening on your own — no awkwardness, no pressure.

Is this service available internationally?
Yes! While we’re based in Spain and the U.S., we travel with clients anywhere we specialize — including Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Western Europe, and North America. Availability is limited and quoted individually.

How much is the deposit?
For one-day or local hosted trips, we ask for full payment at the time of booking. For longer or international trips, a $500 deposit is required to secure your dates. This goes toward your final balance.

What if my plans change after booking?
Your deposit is non-refundable and secures your date/s and planning time.

If your plans change after booking:
Before full payment: You may reschedule once (subject to availability) within 6 months of your original start date.
After full payment: We’ll do our best to adjust dates, but major changes or cancellations within 30 days of travel may incur additional fees or become non-refundable, depending on the level of planning already completed.
Reservations: If we’ve made any bookings on your behalf (future feature), you are responsible for any cancellation or change fees charged by those vendors.

Origins Hosted™ is a fully customized, time-intensive travel service — we invest significant work before your trip begins. That’s why we can’t offer refunds once planning is underway, but we’ll always try to help you adapt when life shifts.
