How It Works

Step 1: Pick Your Service

Browse our custom travel planning services — from full itineraries to standalone digital maps and one-on-one planning calls. Whether you need a custom travel planner for a big adventure or trip planning help for a weekend away, we’ll match you with the right service. Pick the option that best fits your trip, then choose your preferred video call time.

Step 2: Book & Pay

Reserve your service with a flat booking fee — $50 for most services or $79+ for a Local Lens Map™.

– If you choose not to continue beyond the call, this covers your 30-minute personalized travel planning session.
– If you move forward, it’s applied toward your total balance.

Checkout is fast, secure, and built right into our booking form — pay via Stripe or PayPal. Once payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your next steps.

Step 3: Share Your Trip Details

Your confirmation email includes a link to our short intake form. This gives us the essentials to personalize your trip — destinations, dates, pace, and preferences — so your custom travel itinerary service is built exactly around your needs.

Step 4: Plan Together

Join your scheduled video call to review your goals, priorities, and travel questions.

– For call-only services (like a Travel Strategy Session™ or Travel Tune-Up Call™), your trip planning help concludes after the call.

– For planning services, we’ll use the call and your intake form to create your deliverable. If your service has a remaining balance, we’ll arrange payment before moving forward.

Step 5: Receive Your Plan

Get your final deliverable — from interactive maps to full, custom travel itineraries — within the specified delivery window. Everything is designed for clarity, easy access on the go, and less screen time while traveling.

Morocco

We were going to be in Spain for a couple of weeks and wanted to experience a bit of Morocco while there. Nick and Ana took the time to understand what we hoped to see and do with the limited time we had. The consultation call was professional but friendly. It was obvious that their goal was to ensure that we would have an enjoyable, stress free trip while making sure to have options for us along the way. Great itinerary around Japan

Great itinerary around Japan. From South to North every tip was very helpful. The guide we received before we started the trip helped us a lot to have an overview of the country and details we couldn’t miss. Tokio, Osaka, Kioto, the Japan Alps and Hokkaido.
